Hi!  We are Cheryl and Denis Savoie, a husband-wife power business duo.

Denis started his adventure in the wedding business way back in 1983.  He wanted to combine his love of music and passion for working with people so he formed Red’s Disc Jockey, an entertainment business specializing in “non-cheesy” wedding entertainment.

Each wedding, or event, we Disc Jockey is as unique as the clients themselves. While “one size fits all” works well for some things, it definitely does NOT work when it comes to making YOUR celebration enjoyable, memorable and exactly what YOU want it to be.

Who is Cheryl Savoie?

Cheryl Savoie has been a professional wedding entertainer since 2001 when she met and married Denis Savoie.  Her specialties include client communication, event booking, copywriting, web management and marketing. She draws on a rich background as an Executive Administrative Assistant and in Customer Service.

She is also the managing administrator for our Facebook Page, Twitter Account, and our Blog site.

Who is Denis Savoie?

Denis Savoie is a professional Disc Jockey and is a graduate of the RCC Institute of Technology.  He is chiefly responsible for Red’s DJ, which he started at the age of 17 and currently co-owns with Cheryl.  Denis has over 29 years of experience in Disc Jockeying. As your DJ, he is your Audience Motivation Specialist (combining the art of music preparation and programming, along with party flow) and your Sound Specialist (controlling sound levels, ensuring listening comfort of your guests, the mechanical factors of the equipment and technical knowledge).
